About PAPEPPE
SHORT · 50 WORDS
PAPEPPE is a visual planning app for people who think in pictures. Tasks, notes, photos and plans live as cards on one calm board, so everything stays in sight. It works on phone, tablet and laptop, also offline. PAPEPPE is made by Pieter Visser and Jolanda Visser in Jávea, Spain.
LONG · 100 WORDS
PAPEPPE is a visual planning app for people who think in pictures. Instead of long lists spread over five apps, everything lives as cards on one board: today's tasks, notes, photos, a weekly plan, a budget, a trip. You see it all at once, and the list only gets shorter. Ready-made boards help with real moments, such as a wedding, a family week or a fitness plan. PAPEPPE works on phone, tablet and laptop, also offline, and shared boards are free for guests. It is made by Pieter Visser and Jolanda Visser, a couple working from Jávea, Spain. No charge today. Cancel anytime. Without a plan your boards stay visible, view-only.
The founders
Pieter Visser
Co-founder
Pieter is an entrepreneur who has run his own e-commerce company for 25 years. He has always had a lot going on in his head, and kept losing his plans in notebooks, apps and lists. So he built a board for himself. The name says it: PA stands for personal assistant, and Peppe is what friends have called him since he was young.
Jolanda Visser
Co-founder
Jolanda is a stylist and make-up artist by background. She brings the eye for calm, visual design, and was PAPEPPE's first real user: for photo shoots, shopping lists and trips. In 2024 she and Pieter moved from the Netherlands to Jávea, Spain, for her health. The warm, mild climate suits her.
Quote
I put something away, and it disappeared. Not because it was gone, but because I couldn't see it anymore. What always worked was a desk covered in notes. That became PAPEPPE. I built it for me. Then Jolanda started using it, then our friends.
