PAPEPPE vs Notion: build a system or open a board?
Notion is excellent at what it does: docs, wikis and databases that you design yourself. Many people love it.
PAPEPPE does one thing. Everything you are working on sits as cards on one board, and you see it all at a glance. Nothing to build first.
If you once set up a Notion system and then stopped opening it, this page is for you.

Where Notion is stronger
Long documents, wikis, linked databases and large teams. If you write a lot or run company knowledge in one place, Notion is hard to beat.
Where PAPEPPE is stronger
Seeing everything at once. A board with cards shows your week, your projects and your photos side by side, the way a wall with paper notes does. There is no structure to design, so there is nothing to maintain.
Can you use both?
Yes. Many people keep documents in Notion and use PAPEPPE as the board they open every morning.
